What does the Lord require of you?
What a list! It is one that both He and I know I can’t fulfill. But when He made the requirement, He already knew He was going to fulfill it for me.
Just as He illustrated so clearly in Genesis 15 for Abraham way back before Israel was a nation, before they were even a family. When He made that covenant with Abraham, He illustrated for him that He was going to provide Someone who would be able to fulfill the requirements that Abraham and his progeny would never be able to accomplish.
What a great reminder in this passage of who GOD is…great, mighty, awesome and just. At least that is my understanding of someone who is not partial, who takes no bribes.
