After more than a year, it is time for a very brief commercial.  Can you tell I’m not a self-promoter?  Oh my!  So I’m biting the bullet today and doing this commercial.  I’ll keep it short.  I hope you will hang in with me.  Who knows?  You or your company may benefit!

Short term    I am looking for sponsors and/or advertisers for me as I attend the  Relevant 2011 Conference the end of October.  I attended last year which was the first annual Relevant Conference.  It is a conference for 200+ Christian women bloggers, many of them “mommy” bloggers.  They include many homeschool moms, frugal moms, devotional writers and self-improvement (more organized, better homemakers, better prayers, etc.)

A few of us are older (over 40)…but not many!) All are committed Christians from a variety of different churches and denominations.  We learn not only how to do a better job blogging and writing, we are also challenged in our faith!  There are a number of rules involved that affect how advertising can be done there, but it is a great opportunity for your business if that is your demographic.   Contact me here if you have any interest at all!

Long term    I am also looking for sponsors and/or advertisers for this blog.  You may have noticed the spaces for advertisers to the right.  Please let me know if you are interested in being involved in this way.  I would love to advertise your business  here.  If you are interested, please contact me here.  For those of you who are aware of these kinds of things, my page views for the month of August were a little over 12,000.  It is like getting in on the ground floor of a developing blog!  So far, they have been increasing each month for the last year (except for that month when I was off-line most of the time, of course).
